This is incorrect. El Al crosses over from Eritrea into Djibouti on a daily basis on flights to JNB, BOM, HKG, BKK.
EL AL is a completely different situation, there is also non-scheduled traffic using those routes.

SET SQUAK, IF EQUIPPED WITH SSR A2000 FOR OVER FLYING AND A4300 FOR
LANDING AT DJIBOUTI AIRPORT. DUE TO THE PREVAILING SITUATION IN THE
