When checking out this week from the Sheraton in Cascais, Portugal, I was charged for tea bags and coffee pods which were in my room around 3€ each. As I am relatively new to Starwood and have never encountered this with any hotel, is this a common practice? I haven't found any information on the prices in the room and also given the price consider it more of an extortion - over 1000% markup over retail price. It left me with a very bad impression of the hotel.
