Hi FB experts!

I booked a domestic Delta flight with FB miles on AirFrance website for 12,500 miles and at the time of booking it was stating a free checked bag.

On the confirmation email, luggage allowance is gone: 0 pc. So I'll have to pay USD 25 at check-in at JFK.

I contacted AF Twitter support who just told me it's a known bug but they won't refund the USD25 or work it out with Delta (though it clearly is not Delta's fault whatsoever). The fact that they just tell you it's a known issue is I think the worst part of course...

I rarely fly AF anymore, have no status there anymore. What would you advise?
