Question Seating for Boeing 777-300ER (77G) Three Class JFK-HKG [incorrect seatguru info]

I hope someone can help me. I am booking my seats for my flight from JFK to HKG.. I have read on seat guru that the seats at the back of the cabin are actually not as bad as one might think. They have stated that the seats fully recline and the proximity to the bathrooms although directly behind the seats are far enough a way not to be a bother. They also state you would be the first to be served since you are right next to the galley and you have much more room being as there are no seats behind you. The reviews have made these seats seem almost ideal but on Cathay Pacific's website they are listed as bad seats without the ability to recline they have actually stated limited reclining abilities are associated with the seats. I have called the airline and there has not been one rep that could honestly give me there opinion on this but one did say she could put me in seats 39E and 39G. I was no aware of these back row seats at the time she suggested this but it seemed her main objective was to get me close to the front of the plane but not really knowing the best seats or not. She actually mentioned the exit row seats and said "these must be good because the look special" She did not even know what they were. These are in the middle row with no seats in front but on left and right side rows there are bassinets for children. My though is this could be a bothersome seat just for the noise factor but I am not sure about that either. Has anyone every flown on this and taken notice or sat in any of these seats! All the help you can give me is appreciated. Thank you.
