I have stayed twice at the Flamingo and once at Villa Venice (last week). The Flamingo is just a notch above the Villa Venice. The staff is there later into the earlier evening, nightly cocktail hour in the courtyard, and the rooms are a bit nicer (British West Indes style). Having said that, the Villa Venice was lots of fun too. The crowd was a bit more in the party mode than the Flamingo. I guess it depends what you like. Myself, I would probably stay at the Flamingo, but Villa Venice has no 4 night miniumum in high season. None of them should have a minimum now that we are into May.
