Anyone flying the hopper on Monday the 13th? I'm thinking I'll sit on the right side near the back; 36F or something. Looks like E trade winds are going to be strongest over MAJ and KWA, so with the airports on the south sides of the islands the left side should get the best views. But for KSA, PNI, and TKK with the airports on the north sides of the islands, I would prefer to be on the right side. I think the views of these mountainous islands will be pretty epic this way, assuming the trade winds aren't completely dead that far west. Weather models show a weak trough passing through Micronesia on Monday afternoon. Could kill the trade winds, but probably not. Will need to keep a close eye on it. It would be awesome if the winds went dead or westerly over Micronesia so you could just sit on the left side the whole time and see the best views.
