This Hotel is located inside the INTERNATIONAL DEPARTURE (also known as TRANSIT AREA or Airside) at Guarulhos
International Airport - Terminal 3. Thus, only guests with international trips scheduled for the day before or the day of
accommodation will have access to the Hotel, STRICTLY under the following conditions:
Guests DEPARTING in international flights must have on hand the boarding pass (flight check-in via web applicable),
and only carry hand luggage. Check with your Airline about the advance to accept the baggage as access to the
International Departure is not allowed with baggage to be checked.
Guests in CONNECTION for international flights should have their baggage thru-checked to the international
destination, and stay in the Transit Area.
Guests ARRIVING from international flights are expected to remain in the Transit Area and proceed to the Hotel
BEFORE accessing Passport Control. In this case, due to restrictions imposed by the Airport Authorities (Federal Police
and Customs) the access to the Hotel only will be allowed if guest DOES NOT HAVE baggage to be returned at
carousels.
Passengers arriving from international flights who have baggage to be returned at carousels, or passengers departing
on domestic flight may not access the Hotel.
