I never received a final confirmation after getting to the last page after inputting all information-I got a timeclock for over an hour and then it seemed to time out. I tried again the second day and receivied the one promotion per household message, so it seemed like it processed, but my CC had not been charged. I found this # for Reebok today 1-800-843-4444 Select Option 6 at the prompt. The employee who answered promised to look into it for me and just called me back with a final confirmation number. So, if anyone else had similar trouble, this is an option to find out for sure if your donation processed. I am impressed with their customer service on this promotion (if not their technology!).
