Nice report, thanks. Sadly your experience ties in with my own AC experiences - delays, boarding chaos, mediocre food and lackluster IFE. It takes real skill at underperformance to make me pine for United!
I forgave them for the delay since Toronto went through a nasty snowstorm the day before so I wasn't surprised the inbound got delayed badly. The rest was overlooked due to the low loading and my makeshift Business Class seat on an Economy redemption.
