I'm not sure if this is the most correct thread but I didn't want to start a new one...

I've just received a Finnair voucher from an acquaintance who won't manage to use it - and indeed it says it can be passed on to a friend. I just keep wondering how the language in the email can be so poor and grammatically incorrect - I understand Finnair is based in Finland but I would assume they get all their standard mails etc. professionally translated. The mail says for example "Please note that exchange rate can caused some varies in ticket prices" and "keep this voucher details available". Or is my voucher a fake?
