Depends. In the situation described by
craigthemif, where the hotel knows you, Asian properties are also oriented towards taking care of regular guests. IMO,
karenkay, you have a shot if it's at a property where they know you.
If she can get your name as the primary guest set up in advance, then there should be no problem. But that may run afoul of her company expense policies when she submits the bill for reimbursement.
Do you, as PLT, have access to any special rates? Then, perhaps, corporate travel department might set aside reimbursement rules if they're told that the rezzie is in your name in order to get a lower rate and save the company money....? Just a thought....
