If she can get your name as the primary guest set up in advance, then there should be no problem. But that may run afoul of her company expense policies when she submits the bill for reimbursement.

The T&C also states that the SPG member must also be the person who pays to get the points. I've done trips with friends and one of them paid with their card and I still got the points on many occasions. I guess there's no guarantee that would happen for you if she pays though.
