The AirFrance website does show an Arrivals Lounge in 2C (they have lounges in 2E but they are not Arrivals it seems). But it does not seem to indicate that Delta First/business passengers can use this lounge?

It seems to imply, to me, that if you are a AF 1st or business flier, you have access....for a fee. It does not say Delta or Skyteam.
