Are bed types considered?
I have a claim rejected because I was informed that bed types are not considered.
I tried looking for 2 Double beds and SPG only have premier rooms for that.
SPG do have 1 Kind Bed for Deluxe room.
On other sites, I am offered 2 Double beds at the Deluxe room rate
Called and was told they do not do BRG based on bed types as OTA do not guarantee bed types.
Bed type isn't considered, only room type.
