I did initially, and ended up with an itinerary that was close to what I wanted, but not exactly (my return flights were about 12 hours later than I wanted) - the flights I wanted were pricing out to be much more expensive.
I read this post a while after ticketing exactly what I wanted on Priceline. I found I was able to modify the itinerary I booked with United to the flights I wanted in the right fare class - either more availability opened up, or an earlier issue prevented the agent from seeing the cheaper fare. I fixed my United ticket up and refunded the Priceline booking (within 24 hours).
So, all's well that ends well.
