I am fairly confident you will be fine, although I don't know the intracacies of that particular model. The check in staff aren't usually in the habit of pulling out a tape measure to check dimensions of contraptions with infants in, so unless it is of gigantic proportions and blatantly obvious that is it well over the allowable size all will be well providing it is going into the hold as gate checked luggage.
