Most likely available on expedia.de and all agents with point of sale Germany. But since it is illegal to publically descriminate based on geography in EU, they just make the deal private and available to"some" agents... discrimiated by geography!
AA seems to match at 1100 EUR via LHR round trip, for OW fliers.
