It seems pretty amazing.

What I do also find amazing is that QR seems to bet heavily on family / couples traveling together. I think the 4-somes are very innovative. It does seem a bit narrow but we will see how that works out in practice. Would not want to be in a middle seat as a solo traveler*.

I have 4 A350 flights in October. Fingers crossed that at least one will have the new seat. Although QR's reputation for last minute aircraft swaps is legendary.

I do expect a lot of people being p'd off even more when that happens now. For that reason alone it might make a lot of business sense to expedite the retrofit.

* Unless paired with a very good looking woman / supermodel. I could live with that.
