Probably.
I've also seen posts where someone works near an airport, and can see planes taking off and landing, and will post - for example - that they saw a B747 landing, and they know that there aren't any B747s scheduled at that time.
And, I've seen posts where someone is flying on a particular flight at a later date, and, they hava tight connection, and they monitor the same flight for a couple of weeks in advance to see how it performs.
