If this scenario were to take place, here is what would happen. I would put in my earbuds and ignore your kid. I don't care if it is sick, crying, or sleeping..and I certainly won't be feeding it.

I paid for the seat I am in. Probably extra. I am not making your problem into mine. You either pay me that fee plus more for my trouble, or sort it out with someone else.
