A 'couple of hours' isn't always sufficient time...I've known quite a few people to have bags miss connections at JFK with 'a couple of hours'...do double-check with BA at T7, but be prepared to not see your bags at PRG for 24 hours or more. I don't mean to alarm you, but it just seems to be slow between AA and BA at JFK for some reason.
