The only awards you can book online with Virgin Atlantic Flying Club are on Virgin Atlantic itself. Everything else requires a phone call. And if you read the thread on the VS forum, you'll see that booking partner awards is a nightmare. And it's basically a crapshoot as to how many miles the agent will charge you for an award on ANA.

Whatever you do, don't move any credit card points, etc. to Flying Club until you understand how it works. Otherwise you'll be looking at wasting your miles on flights to London with huge surcharges to be paid...
