Given the need for fire suppression, power, lighting etc. If I had to guess I'd say it's at least a few week off and probably longer.
Arriving on BA836 yesterday at 2.30 pm there we no delays at the immigration booths and wandered up to an empty kiosk. The queues here seem to be very variable depending on the flow of pax in from the 100 gates.
