Comparing to BA, EY food is sort of amazing
I recently tested dine on demand on my AUH-FRA flight and it worked well
I tend to avoid the main courses (they are usually not great TBH) & go with starter/soup + pudding + cheese - that usually suffices. Until later in the flight & the steak sarnie beckons
