A dummy booking (cash) shows 17.7% which should be no different for C&P but you're at the mercy of the hotel's initial exchange rate which is the proverbial wrench in the cogs.

I've long pined for SPG to set a local currency rate at the time of a C&P booking akin to Hyatt's practice.
