Can you preselect an exit row seat? I can as WP, but don't know about other status levels. The exit row has about as much leg room as a Business seat. Otherwise, getting a row 4 seat at EXACTALY T-80 hours might be OK. These row 4 seats have the best legroom in the whole cabin (no bulkhead).
