What makes "better" for you?
8K and 9H both face back; 7H faces forward.
9H and 7H are aisle; 8K is window
8K and 9H are in "big" cabin; 7H is in "mini" cabin

I would take 8K, because I like window and rear facing over mini-cabin, but YMMV.
