Neither the free night certs nor the FAF rate includes meals, game drives, service fees or park fees.
Some promo rates include meals/game drives/etc. while others don't. Any rate that includes that stuff will be at least $400-$600/night. If it's $100-$200/night, it definitely doesn't include it.
I just had a chat with a reservations person... basically only the BAR is fullboard. According to the reservations person (and the President's Club specialist), none of the discounted rates (or 3rd Night Free certificate) include fullboard meals or game drives.
Considering they also quoted game drives at $100 per day per guest (2 drives; 1 would be $60) that eliminates a lot of the value, if not all of the 3rd Night Free.
Dates I was looking at were only around $500 per day fullboard/game drives, so at least $320 in value ($100*2 guests game drives, plus $60 meals * 2 guests).
And no rates include the park conservation fee of $70 per day, per guest.
