Also worth mentioning that you have the choice of two lounges in AUH.

T3 lounge is bigger, and a more open layout. It has a couple of bars, and two main buffet areas, with some smaller ones too. It also has individual small "TV room" cabins, and the wet shave service. They do offer eggs cooked to order during breakfast service.

However, the T3 lounge can get insanely busy, to the point that you can not get food from the buffets, and may have to hunt for a quiet corner.

The T1 lounge is quite a maze of separate rooms, and the buffet selections tend to be more limited, however they also have the eggs to order during morning service. As far as I remember, they have a spa but no wet shave, and no relaxation/private cabin areas. The advantage of the T1 lounge is that its less busy.

I'd choose the T3 lounge 9/10 times, but if you've a couple of hours left and the T3 lounge is too crowded by all means consider going across to T1 for some peace and quiet.

Also, don't worry about the lounge assistants telling you your departure flight is from T1 or T3 in the T3 or T1 lounges. It's not more than a ten minute walk between terminals.
