I work for DL and have been told that flight benefits are not a right. In fact I know of 2 people that have had their flight benefits suspended for 6 months or more due to other reasons.

If I was the CSR, I definitely would have reported the NRSA. Mainly due to the fact that he was talking loud enough to disturb other passengers and causing a scene.

With antics like that, it is possible the company can decide that employee travel is a too much of a liability and cancel flight benefits for everyone. I am not about to lose my benefits due to the bad behavior of another employee.

When I am NRSA, I try to blend in as well as possible. I use the Kiosk and do not huddle around the gate agents. I am very happy with any seat. Middle in the back, next to the lav is OK with me. At least I made it on the plane.
