And as a general rule my experience has been you get what you give. Did you treat the staff in the manner you wanted to be treated or were you demanding your "God Given right to the lounge"?


The statements that you weren't rational etc.. lead me to believe you were throwing a fit because you couldn't get your free drink. Sounds like you went a little overboard and probably weren't being rational. Once you went on the rampage I expect they were less likely to help you. After all having irate guest acting out in the lounge is disturbing to the others.
