To those that got a eharmony refund, did you pro-actively cancel, or had eharmony already shut your account?
If the latter, what did you do, just call them up or send the telegram that they mention in the T&C?
Got my answer, logged into amex this morning and see a credit from eharmony. Glad they saw sense and did not attempt to keep the money as was suggested in the email they sent when closing the account.
