To those that got a eharmony refund, did you pro-actively cancel, or had eharmony already shut your account?
If the latter, what did you do, just call them up or send the telegram that they mention in the T&C?
I got the same email to say they closed my account....but called up my credit card company this afternoon and requested a charge back just incase since the payment went through already.....got my refund today, however I'm not sure if it was E-harmony that did the refund or my CC company. Either way, what a mess, glad it's over
avios points showed up as pending after i cancelled oddly enough
