Has anyone managed to snag an SPG Free Nights redemption at Hotel Proverbs Taipei? Am looking at October and November 2017 dates for a span of 5 nights and the searches show no availability at all for redemptions from April onwards. Emails and calls with SPG are giving me two different scenarios (1 online chat and 1 call with SPG says no availability and 1 email with SPG says there is availability). Was wondering whether anyone has had similar experiences.

March sees some availability though. Is this a case of the hotel not loading up the lowest category rooms (presumably the Urban rooms) on SPG until a month before?

On a separate note, I don't see any paid rate availability for Urban rooms from April onwards either.
