- Signed up for eHarmony 12-month subscription on Thurs night after Match.com offer was already dead. Filled out the questions sensibly.
- By Fri night, my eHarmony account was suspended with a template email saying that I had violated terms of service. A call to eHarmony support said that I needed to speak with the 'Trust and Safety' team, and that I should I respond to a second email.
- Second email is also a template and essentially asks "What is your email address? What is your concern?" Responded to that, and awaiting the two business days before hearing a response from the 'Trust and Safety' team. I said that I wanted to keep my account open.
- On Mon morning (just now), my pending credit card transaction of $275.40 with eHarmony has now posted and I also received an automated email from BA saying that 35,802 Avios were now pending. The eHarmony account is still suspended though and not heard back from them yet.
