A Fairmont CSR told me that "Fairmont View Rooms" were eligible for award-night redemptions in Banff. So I have a revenue ressie for my dates while waiting for my 2 award cert.s to be deposited, one week after they sent my letter. When they arrive, I shall report on whether that CSR was correct
