But for one thing I am sure about is that a waste area of living room and a tiny bathroom with shower only is no way near luxury under any definition . Four Seasons or even Conrad would never design their suite in this layout.
I couldn't care less if there is a bathtub or not. I suspect about 90% of travelers feel the same way.
You clearly fall into the other 10%. Your best bet is to contact the hotel and ask if they have a tub.
