Agree. In fact, you don't have to stay in a capsule hotel to stay cheap in Tokyo. There're many hotels (albeit small rooms) in the heart of Tokyo where, depending on your dates, you could stay for 8000-9000 yen. Eating out can also be incredibly cheap in Tokyo.
