Hi!

I just made a reservation for a car rental in Seward, Alaska. But, gosh, the price for just a 2 day, one-way drop off is really really expensive... since I could not get any other group expect for te Ford Taurus group, it cost me nearly USD330! Even if available, the Mazda 6 group would cost me nearly USD300... any idea why this is the case . I have currently told the Hertz agent here in Belgium to put a note that I would prefer a smaller car group (since there is only 2 of us travelling). Hoping that this will be noted.

I tried using various FFP's to see if I get any discount, but none of them gave a positive result. Any idea of which FFP or hotel program will get me a discount?
