Kenya Airways have ordered 3 Boeing 777-200ERs with the first one being delivered this month. The other two deliveries are scheduled for May and June of 2005. Kenya Airways will have the first Boeing 777 operating from sub-Sahara Africa.

The carrier currently operates an all-Boeing fleet of 5 767-300ER and 11 737 airplanes, including four Next Generation 737-700s.

Air France have 16 purchase and lease commitments on the Boeing 777-300ER. The Air France 777-300ER aircraft are fitted with the new l'Espace Première First Class and the enhanced l'Espace Affaires Business Class. Boeing has so far sold 71 777-300ERs to seven customers.
