Does that mean if I say bought a CW non flexible ticket almost a year before the flight at a good price and had a printout of the WT+ fare at the time of booking that BA would have to refund the difference of these two prices?
If BA raise the WT+ prices at the last minute, presumably CW prices would have gone up as well before they sold out so if one printed a copy of this higher CW price, could you argue that BA should use this price against the higher WT+ fare when calculating the refund?
Refunds/Compensation for downgrades are not calculated on a fare difference.
