What I meant is if they would honor a request to swipe your PP card a 2nd time or swipe a different PP card rather than pay the overage above 15 GBP, or if they will allow to you eat, leave, and come back for a drink and swipe again for a new 15 GBP credit. I fail to see how that is stealing as the restaurant is getting paid for your food if you do that.
