That will be Club World on the BA service, and the A321 would be my preference, assuming it is the midhaul jets. The A321 has a risk of being substituted for a shorthaul A321 if there are technical issues, though I think have managed to avoid doing that recently. Both have flat beds and CW levels of service. IB is the standard business class seating in shorthaul, fairly similar to BA's Club Europe service to (presumably) MAD, so it's a poor third here unless it's very much cheaper.
