Is it the one I tried to open? Is it a Hertz / ATS account? Who knows.

Sounded simple. Wasn't. So sometimes it can be pretty hard to beat this stuff.
That will be because someone else did it in the past for that vehicle

​​​​Will only allow one person to register a car otherwise the system would not know who to charge.
