Oh this gets tedious.

I crossed the 520 bridge in Seattle. Rather than pay the plate pass daily charge, I went to the WSDOT web site where I learned about short term accounts. So I set one up on my CC for the car in question. But in the middle of it all the session "timed out". OK so I try again to open an account - and am told that the car is assigned to another account. Is it the one I tried to open? Is it a Hertz / ATS account? Who knows.

Sounded simple. Wasn't. So sometimes it can be pretty hard to beat this stuff.
