I'm thinking of booking at the Hilton by burning as much as my useless devalued air miles. I have HH gold status because of my AMEX Platinum. Does the gold status still apply to booking not made directly with Hilton? Another words, can I still earn points, get free wifi, free breakfast, free upgrade, etc?
