We had a leisure trip at a Boston Marriott a few years back. We arrived, valet took the car and we requested it back 3 days later. (didn't need it).

There was a 3 foot scratch on the rear quarter. Security took the report and then 2 days later called and told me to take to a body shop and send them the invoice.

I took me about a week to do it, after a few days they were calling me to make sure they didn't miss my fax of the body shop repair and to remind me they would be ok paying my rental if needed.

I was shocked they were so easy and accommodating to deal with ... I was guessing they looked at footage and realized that would be considered their fault happened.

They paid 100% of the repair and the rental for me.
