Err....you could say the same for buying many items. Go to cash back site instead of vendors site directly whether it be Best Buy, airline tickets, hotel bookings, Starbucks, gap, ebags, magazines. The list goes on.
the prior poster was simply trying to make the point, that booking ON the costco site is not the "holy grail" of getting the lowest net price...
