Someone also asked if a lower level companion would be given the same boarding number as you, and the answer is yes. My roommate should have been in Group 5+, but got on Group 2 with me on or outbound flight that we booked together and got Group 6 or 7 on the return flight because we took different routing and he wasn't flying with me.
