There are a large number of complaints here about agents who didn't enforce the old boarding order. The new process won't work better if agents make up their own processes.
Cannot imagine that it could be worse. At least everyone will have a number and be less confused about the terms.
Obviously an excellent point about the enforcement. Generally a rule is not really a rule if it is not somehow enforced, but at a minimum the violations will not be because of a misunderstanding.
I will have my first experience with the new process on Tuesday and I will see what I think.
